Club News – Rotary Baseball Picnic

On a lovely summer evening the Club enjoyed a favorite annual fellowship event.  Co-Chairs Tom Mohr and Gary Phillips of the Family of Rotary Committee arranged and hosted a Rotary Baseball Picnic at Lewis-Gale Field at Salem Memorial Baseball Stadium.  Over 140+ member’s family and friends enjoyed the Salem Red Sox win over the Myrtle Beach Pelicans.  Heh, Skip Lautenschlager took credit for the beautiful weather, but only put more pressure on himself to come through for the Star B-Q and Olde Salem Days.  A good time was had by all… at the old ball game!
