Olde Salem Days

The Rotary Club of Salem along with the City of Salem would like to thank
everyone who participates in Olde Salem Days.

We appreciate the many people who attend as well as the Artists/Crafters,
Food Vendors, and Auto Show Participants

We look forward to seeing you at Olde Salem Days in 2023 to be held on
the second Saturday in September!

Since 1982, Olde Salem Days has been one of the premier arts and crafts festivals in Southwest Virginia.  Every year, on the 2nd Saturday in September, several blocks along Main Street of downtown Salem are transformed into an outdoor bazaar for some of the most talented artisans and crafters in the Atlantic coast region. The Rotary Club of Salem works diligently throughout the year to organize and host this festive community event.

Olde Salem Days is enjoyed by tens of thousands of visitors each year.  People come to shop for gifts, browse artisan’s displays, enjoy good food, listen to music, play in the kids activity area, and admire the antique cars on exhibit.  Hundreds of crafters and exhibitors travel from as far as New England and Florida to showcase their handicrafts and creations.  Olde Salem Days is a great chance to enjoy a day with family and friends, an opportunity made possible by the warmth and diverse talents of the people of Salem and the  surrounding communities.  The members of the Rotary Club of Salem are proud to donate their time and expertise to produce this showcase event.
