Club Meeting – May 2nd

Gene Zdziarski, Vice President-Student Affairs at Roanoke College, introduced the College’s new capital campaign called “Roanoke Rising.”  The campaign seeks to raise $200 million to ensure that Roanoke College continues to provide the right environment for the transformative education it offers to students.   Two new facilities, the Cregger Athletic Center and a new Science Complex, are cornerstones of the campaign.  Dean Gene shared conceptual drawings of these two facilities and explained the other goals of the campaign, including scholarship and student support to keep Roanoke College affordable.
