Club Meeting – March 19th, 2015
The presentation of the Jostens Trophy is the favorite Club event for many members. The chance to meet young people as these lifts the spirit and brightens one’s outlook for the future. The winners are selected for excellence on the basketball court, in the classroom and for their community service work. They represent the finest attributes of NCAA Division III student athletes. To learn from their coaches of their accomplishments and hear from these terrific young people about their journey to the podium is an annual pleasure .
The 2015 Jostens Trophy winners are Jess Rheinheimer a junior attending Eastern Mennonite University and George Bugarinovic a senior at Johns Hopkins University. To view the lengthy list of accomplishments of these fine young people click on their names above and/or click here.

In addition to the Trophy, the Wooldridge Scholarship, a $1,000 donation is given in the winner’s name to the college or university which they attend. The scholarship is named after Dan Wooldridge, a Salem Rotarian and retired commissioner of the Old Dominion Athletic Conference, as a way of honoring him for his life-long commitment to service and excellence.
