Club Meeting – August 6th, 2015

Today our program was one of two we shall have on the legalization of marijuana.  Today we heard from those against and we shall hear those for at our meeting on September 3rd.

Present today were Kathy Graham Sullivan, Director of Roanoke Area Youth Substance Abuse Coalition (RAYSAC), and Nancy Hans, Executive Director at the Prevention Council of Roanoke County.

Of the many take aways offered, none might be more important than parents understanding that their influence is a critical factor in preventing their children abusing drugs.
